Cherry Blossom Honey is among the rarest and most difficult to produce since cherry trees bloom very early in spring when bees use the nectar primarily for their own nourishment.

Light amber in color with reddish reflections when liquid, while crystallized it has a whitish-greyish tone, it has a characteristic and distinctive aroma and flavor reminiscent of the cherry pit itself.

Ideal for spreading on toasted bread, it is also excellent paired with medium to long-aged cheeses.
