The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to return purchased goods and obtain a refund of the purchase price, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the consumer will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
