Description
Eucalyptus is a plant native to Australia that in Italy is widely used as a windbreak or for timber, common in the Agro Pontino and Southern Italy; it is a honey with distinctive characteristics, not very sweet with hints of dried mushrooms and a color tending toward gray when crystallized.
Besides enjoying it on its own, it can be used to enrich the vinaigrette of a mixed salad.
