ONLINE CONTRACT – General conditions of sale
The online contract, accepted on the website www.mieleabruzzo.com, is understood to be stipulated between L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio, with registered office in Via Mario Pomilio, 17 – 66040 Altino (CH) and a consumer, through an electronic sales system called e-commerce.
In relation to contracts for the sale of goods or the provision of services, a consumer is defined as a natural person acting for purposes outside of any business or professional activity. E-commerce refers to all activities and information exchanges involving economic transactions between individuals and organizations, including public administrations.
This contract must therefore be concluded exclusively via the electronic channel called ‘Internet’, at the address www.mieleabruzzo.com
Below are the conditions of sale established by the supplier, which will remain effective until modified by the same.
Any changes, corrections, or updates will be posted in the Terms and Conditions section of the website www.mieleabruzzo.com and will be effective upon publication.
BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
By electronically confirming the order, the Customer declares that he or she has read and fully accepts the terms and conditions of sale and payment indicated in the purchase process and in this contract, as well as the section relating to privacy and security. He or she also undertakes to read, print, and retain the terms and conditions of sale set out below, as required by Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.

DELIVERY
Delivery is made throughout Italy via SDA/Poste or BRT express courier and is intended to the closest point reachable by the courier to the address indicated by the customer in the order.
Transport includes unloading but not porterage and transport to the floor.
Delivery times typically range from 24 to 96 hours (business days) from the time the goods are shipped, which will occur within three business days of receiving payment on L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio’s account if payment is made by bank transfer. These times are indicative and non-binding and do not take into account adverse post-consignment events, such as strikes, accidents, or other events.
Completed orders (i.e., those for which payment has been received):
– between December 2nd and December 15th, 2025 (inclusive) will be processed, in order of arrival, starting on December 16th. Therefore, their arrival before the holidays is not guaranteed due to the excessively busy couriers during this period.

Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the packaging and, in any case, it is strongly recommended to accept the package ONLY subject to inspection, adding the wording “accepted subject to inspection for damage” when signing.
In the event of a discrepancy, the customer must refuse the goods and contest the discrepancy directly with the carrier and promptly send a written notification to L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio with relevant photos of the product.
The mere receipt of delivery (i.e. without the addition of a reservation) implies the customer’s unreserved acceptance of the goods, without the possibility of having recourse against the carrier or L’Ape e L’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of materials or other internal or external factors, L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio undertakes to promptly inform the customer, agreeing to a possible refund of any amounts paid.

L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio reserves the right to modify the products and characteristics of the merchandise on the website without notice, in order to improve the quality of its offerings based on ongoing technological developments.
Customers should note that honey is a product that varies in quantity, availability, and characteristics depending on the production season and the period of production (for example, liquid honey in summer may crystallize as early as early November). Photos are intended to illustrate the product only, as expiration dates and batch numbers may vary.
The customer is responsible for choosing the items ordered.
L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio does not guarantee the suitability of the items for the customer’s specific use. Complaints regarding any defective or missing parts must be sent to L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio’s headquarters within 8 days of receiving the items.
L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio is exempt from any responsibility for the use made of the products sold.
L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio is exempt from any liability for any direct or indirect damages caused by such use.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised with a written communication, to be sent to L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio, at the headquarters by registered mail with return receipt.
The notice of withdrawal must indicate the order number for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised, the goods the consumer intends to return, and the method chosen for the refund of the amount paid.
L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio will refund the amount paid by the consumer within the legal deadlines, according to the various methods agreed upon with the latter.
In case of withdrawal, the customer will be required to pay the full cost for the return to L’Ape e L’Arnia and the refund will be made only after the goods have arrived at L’Ape e L’Arnia.
Consumers exercising their right of withdrawal must return the item(s) in perfect condition and unused, in all their parts. Refunds will not be issued for items that are unsuitable as specified.
Contract termination and express termination clause
L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio reserves the right to terminate the contract by simply notifying the customer. In this case, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of the amount already paid, expressly waiving any further claims for compensation.
The obligations assumed by the customer pursuant to Article 1 (Buyer’s Obligations), as well as the guarantee of successful payment made by the customer using the methods set forth in Article 3 (Payment Methods), are essential. Therefore, by express agreement, the customer’s failure to fulfill even one of these obligations will result in the automatic termination of the contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to the right of L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio to take legal action for compensation for further damages.
COMPETENT COURT
For any dispute, the Court of Chieti (CH) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
PROVISION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is collected for the purpose of registering the customer and activating the procedures for fulfilling this order and the related necessary communications. This data is processed electronically in compliance with applicable laws and may be disclosed only upon request by judicial authorities or other authorities authorized by law.
Personal data will be communicated to subjects delegated to carry out the activities necessary for the execution of the stipulated contract and disclosed exclusively for this purpose, as expressly specified in the Legislative Decree. 196/2003.
