Coriander honey is a recent production, linked to the spread of its cultivation starting from the 2000s, especially in Abruzzo and Molise.
Medium yellow in color, it has an aromatic scent and flavor with notes reminiscent of coconut foods and the Coriander spice itself.
Highly sought after in sweet preparations such as nougat, it is also paired with sheep cheeses from Central Italy.
