Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR“), L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio informs you that your personal data (hereinafter the “Data“) will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and all applicable data protection regulations, in accordance with the following information.

The Data Controller is L’Ape e l’Arnia – Azienda Agricola di Iacovanelli Giulio, with registered office at Via Mario Pomilio, 17, 66040 – Altino (CH) (hereinafter the “Controller”). The Data Protection Officer can be contacted at info@mieleabruzzo.com for information on data processing.
2. Data Categories
The Data processed by the Data Controller includes: personal data (name, surname, company name) and contact details (telephone number, email address, shipping address for purchased products).
The collected data may be communicated and distributed to the staff responsible for site administration and maintenance, those responsible for this process, or otherwise involved in it for service reasons, without the consent of the interested party; they will never be transferred to third parties for any reason.
3. Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento. Legittimo interesse.
The Data will be processed for administrative purposes and legal obligations, pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) of the GDPR, as well as to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR, with reference to:
- completion of all phases related to the purchase and sale of its products
- Sending commercial and promotional communications regarding its products and activities, as well as participation in events and trade fairs, to customers who have explicitly requested them by filling out a form on the website or by subscribing to the newsletter service.
In ogni caso, il trattamento dei Suoi Dati effettuato sulla base del proprio legittimo interesse del Titolare avviene nel rispetto di quanto previsto all’art. 6, comma 1, lettera f del GDPR.
4. Processing methods.
Your Data is collected and recorded lawfully and correctly for the purposes indicated above and is processed using electronic and automated tools, including through entry and organization into databases, in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR regarding security measures, and, in any case, in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the Data.
5. Communication, dissemination and transfer of data.
The processed data will be made accessible exclusively to authorized personnel and will not be disclosed to third parties for any reason.
6. Data retention.
The Data will be retained for a period of no more than 10 (ten) years for administrative purposes and, in any case, for the time strictly necessary to pursue the Data Controller’s legitimate interests. However, the Data received from completing a contact form on the website will be used exclusively to respond to the request and will not be retained in any way.
8. Rights of access, deletion, limitation and portability.
The Data Controller informs you that you have the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR. For example, by sending a specific request to info@mieleabruzzo.com, you may:
- obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed;
- if processing is underway, obtain access to the data and information relating to the processing, as well as request a copy of the data itself;
- obtain the rectification of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete personal data;
- obtain, if one of the conditions set forth in art. 17 of the GDPR exists, the deletion of the data concerning you;
- obtain, in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, the limitation of the processing of your data;
- receive the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and request their transmission to another controller, if technically feasible.
9. Right to object.
Pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR, you also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data carried out for the purposes of the Data Controller’s legitimate interests by writing to info@mieleabruzzo.com. In the event of objection, the data will no longer be processed, unless there are legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subjects, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
10. Right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor.
The Data Controller also informs you that you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you believe that your rights under the GDPR or any other applicable legislation have been violated. This complaint can be found on the website of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), accessible at www.garanteprivacy.it.
